NO FCRA USE. This privately operated website has no government affiliation. Neither it nor its advertising partners provides a service for credit, employment, insurance, tenant, or other decisions regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It is a reference for Passaic County, New Jersey record sources, not a private investigation firm or consumer reporting agency.
1. What This Website Is
This private reference site operates independently from government. It does not store official files, retrieve records, conduct authorized checks, or submit documents for visitors.
Its role is to identify Passaic County sources, including the Sheriff's Office, New Jersey Judiciary, New Jersey State Police, and New Jersey Sex Offender Internet Registry, while displaying certain third-party research tools.
2. Rules for Using This Site
Use is conditioned on these rules. You may not:
- Violate a local, state, or federal law through site use
- Threaten, harass, or stalk a person with information found here
- Rely on site content for a housing, hiring, credit, or insurance decision
- Attempt unauthorized access to any account, system, or data
- Deploy automated bots or scraping tools against these pages
- Disrupt performance or interfere with another visitor's access
3. No Harassment, Stalking, or Discrimination
Site or linked information must not be used to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or unlawfully discriminate. Misuse may be criminal. N.J.S.A. 2C:7-12 through 2C:7-19 limits use of New Jersey Sex Offender Internet Registry data. That information exists for public safety awareness, never vigilantism or prohibited adverse decisions.
4. We Are Not a Consumer Reporting Agency
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the FCRA and produce no credit report, background check, or consumer report. Our partners' displayed tools are not offered for regulated screening. You agree not to use site or linked data to:
- Make a decision to employ or terminate a person
- Evaluate an applicant for a lease or housing
- Assess credit or calculate an insurance rate
- Decide eligibility for a license, permit, or public program
- Carry out any other action regulated by the FCRA
A regulated purpose requires the proper New Jersey State Police process or a provider that independently complies with the FCRA. New Jersey CHRI dissemination is also governed by N.J.S.A. 53:1-20.6 and related provisions.
5. No Legal Advice
Site content is general information, not legal advice. Only a licensed New Jersey attorney can assess how a charge, conviction, warrant, or expungement rule applies to specific facts.
6. No Warranties
All material is provided "as is," without a promise that:
- Published information will always be accurate, current, or complete
- Service will remain continuous and uninterrupted
- Every page will be free from bugs, errors, or security flaws
- A partner tool will return complete or correct results
Charges, dispositions, custody, sealing, and expungement status change. Delays and gaps are possible. Nothing here is an official statement from a court, sheriff, police agency, or New Jersey State Police.
