Passaic Recovery Court Record Trail
Recovery Court gives some Passaic County dockets a distinct shape. The program uses intensive treatment, testing, probation supervision, and frequent court appearances. A November 2025 Judiciary release reported 18 graduates and more than 260 participants in Passaic Vicinage. Those phased events can make the docket look unlike a simple path from plea to sentence.
