Standard paper copy rates are five cents per letter-size page and seven cents per legal-size page. Booking Logs and Recent Arrests
There is no official current Passaic County daily booking log because PCSO no longer operates a county jail. Official Passaic County news releases from the Sheriff, prosecutor, or municipal police may describe selected arrests, but they are not comprehensive. Their absence says nothing about whether a Passaic County arrest occurred. Allegations in a release remain unproven unless and until the court records a conviction.

Passaic Arrests Reach NJSP by Fingerprints
Live-scan fingerprints from a Passaic County custodial booking go to the New Jersey State Police State Bureau of Identification. SBI searches the prints, assigns or confirms the SBI number, updates the New Jersey Computerized Criminal History system, and forwards fingerprint data to the FBI's Next Generation Identification system. Between those events, a prosecutor may decline, downgrade, or change charges. A grand jury may not indict. A court may dismiss a charge or return an acquittal.
